| Hydraulic power steering system is the key subsystem of a vehicle, and it directly affects vehicle handling stability, comfort and active safety performance. With the development of electronic and intelligent technology and the increasing requirement of security and comfort of vehicle, electro hydraulic power steering (EHPS) has the focus of power steering technology. Due to EHPS have the advantages of energy saving, security, and easy maintenance, it will be the developing trend of future steering technology of vehicle.In this paper, the simulation platform and test platform of simulated power loading of EHPS system has been designed. Based on the simulation and test platform, the following contents have been investigated:(1) As the strictly on laws and regulations of saving energy and environmental protection, the performance of the laws and regulations is more conspicuous in vehicle technology. However, the researchers have not condidered of the energy consumption of EHPS, which makes up3%of the total energy consumption of vehicle. So, the paper will study the factors effecting the energy consumption of EHPS based on grey correlation analysis.(2) Due to the vehicle test of EHPS needs great expense and endeavor, the paper will design the test platform of simulated power loading of EHPS system to reduce the unnecessary failture of vehicle test. The data is obtain by signal acquisition system can be used to the scientific research.(3) For the supplying of power steering with a lag time in the single close-loop PI control, the paper proposes the double-loop fuzzy PID control. It will not only control the motor current, but the motor speed is also controlled. |
