With the huge consumption of fossil energy and the destruction of the ecological environment,people are actively d eveloping renewable energy sources and achieving electrical energy substitution.Microgrid as a means to integrate distributed power generation equipments and loads has brought opportunities and challenges for the effective acceptance of renewable energy.Electric vehicles as the typical representative of electric energy disordered charging will bring problems such as increased load peak-to-valley difference,voltage and frequency offset in the power grid system.But the transferability and controllability of the charging load of electric vehicles provide a way to solve intermittent of wind power and photovoltaic power.The integration of electric vehicles and renewable energ y power generation in the microgrid can provide new ways for the consumption of renewable energy.Simultaneously,it will also bring some problems to planning,economic operation,and comprehensive dispatch in microgrid.The research on the optimal scheduling of electric vehicles and multi-source microgrid can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the solution of the above problems,which has theoretical research value and practical significance.This article first summarizes the research status of the impact of electric vehicles charging load on the power grid and the optimal dispatching of microgrid.In light of the current problems in the optimal operation of electric vehicles and microgrid,a comprehensive economic scheduling model of grid-connected microgrid with multi-source and electric vehicles is established.In order to solve the problems of multi-constraint,multi-variable and strong coupling of economic scheduling model,an improved hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed and used to solve the model and a method of hang together candidate solution repair and penalty function is used to deal with multi-constraint problems,and the algorithm is improved by crossover and mutation operation for the individuals historical best position of particle swarm.The analysis of the example of microgrid shows that the algorithm has good convergence and high search capability for multi-dimensional and complex problems in multi-dimensional space.The solution results can reduce the overall economic cost of the microgrid.The coordinated scheduling of the electric vehicles and the microgrid can reduce comprehensive cost of the microgrid.Aiming at the optimal dispatching of electri c vehicles and islanded microgrid,an optimal dispatching model of electric vehicles coordinated islanded microgrid is established,and an improved differential search algorithm is proposed to solve the model.An example analysis shows that the proposed algorithm is significantly faster than the basic differential search algorithm and the particle swarm optimizatio n algorithm in the convergence for solving optimization scheduling model of electric vehicles and islanded microgrid.The optimization results show that the participation of electric vehicles in the economic dispatch optimization of islanded microgrid improves the independent operating costs and environmental treatment costs.Simultaneously,the independent economic operation level of the microgrid is improved.Finally,the multi-objective optimization scheduling model for electric vehicles and microgrid is established.The Pareto optimal solution set of multi-objective optimization scheduling model for electric vehicle s and microgrid is obtained by NSGA-II algorithm and the compromise solution is solved by fuzzy membership function.Through an example analysis,it shows that electric vehicles participating in microgrid comprehensive optimization operation can significantly improve the integrated operation level of microgrid and less operation costs of microgrid,pollutant emission treatment costs and load variance of microgrid system.By using the MATPOWER Toolkit to analyze the parameters of the microgrid network,the electric vehicles coordinated microgrid in the multi-objective dispatching optimization reduce the loss of the active power and the voltage offset of the nodes,and the network security level of the microgrid is improved.
