| Waterless cleaning is the trend of the development of photovoltaic panels.Cleaning dust on photovoltaic panels timely can increase the photovoltaic power plants efficiency and economic benefits.At present,the most common are manual scrubbing and washing car wash,but the work process requires a lot of human resources and water resources.In this paper,a photovoltaic clean waterless dust sweeper is used as the design object of the hydraulic system.A complete hydraulic system is designed to be used on the sweeper to enable it to meet the required action requirements.The hydraulic system is verified through the final test.First of all,it mainly analyzes the each mechanisms of the sweeper,determines the working conditions of the agencies in different situations,and then combines the experimental data recorded in the previous period to define the design parameters of each agency.According to the design parameters and action requirements,the respective hydraulic system design requirements of each organization are proposed.Secondly,according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system,determine the hydraulic components required by each organization and find the hydraulic parameters.After that,the hydraulic system of each organization was designed separately,and the appropriate hydraulic control components were selected in keep with the requirements of the operation.A reasonable hydraulic control circuit for each organization was drawn up.Then summarize the total hydraulic schematic of the sweeper.Then,Using Automation Studio software to simulate the design of the sweeper hydraulic system,and simulate the operation of a single mechanism and several mechanisms respectively.Finally,the installation and initial commissioning of the hydraulic system are completed,and after a large number of movement experiments,the most reasonable operating parameters of each organization are obtained.The simulation results were verified during the experiment,and the problems found in the experiment were confirmed by simulation.Through field tests,it was determined that the hydraulic system meets the work requirements. |
