UAV route planning technology as the completion of the mandate of the security technology,has been the concern of all parties.Path planning for UAV is a complex optimization problem,which has a multi-constrained and multi-objective characteristics,and it can plan an optimal path with the specific optimization index of the optimal route for UAV based on satisfy the various constraints through the comprehensive processing of information.In this paper,the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are studied,which can be used in the path planning of UAV.This paper is mainly from the following aspects:1)The main research contents of UAV route planning include the planning of space environment modeling,constraint conditions and related route planning algorithm.According to the characteristics of UAV flight,an appropriate UAV route environment model is established.Based on the constraints of UAV flight and route planning objectives,the UAV route planning method is determined.2)The genetic algorithm will be applied to UAV route planning,the route planning algorithm is designed based on basic genetic algorithm,and elitist protection strategy,Gauss mutation are introduced into algorithm because the diversity of the basic genetic algorithm is easy to lose and easy getting into local optimization.At the same time,based on the consistency of the crossover operator the fitness value,the gap to limit the cross range,thereby reducing the redundancy of the cross and improving the algorithm speed.Three optimization strategies are applied to the genetic algorithm,which is suitable for UAV route planning.3)The particle swarm algorithm is applied to UAV route planning,and the standard particle swarm algorithm is easy to fall into local optimal value,the weakness of the premature phenomenon,a kind of nonlinear inertia weight and learning factor method is put forward,and the combination of particle swarm optimization strategy of crossover operator in genetic algorithm.And the improved particle swarm algorithm is applied to UAV route planning.4)The optimization of genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm applied to UAV route planning,meet the constraint conditions,through the simulation experiment.The experimental results are analyzed and researched,which proves the feasibility of optimization algorithm.The experimental results show that the optimization algorithm can accelerate the convergence speed of the search and the search for the best path.In summary,the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to optimize the UAV route planning in the background of the actual project.And the two algorithms are used to simulate the flight path planning of UAV.The experimental results show that the path planning based on optimization algorithm has achieved good results.
