Huge investment and labor-intensive of the construction industry and some of their own other characteristics determine it's an accident-prone industry,becoming increasingly apparent security issue has caused wide concern in all sectors of the whole society.Yet the establishment of rules and regulations and taking corresponding measures can not effectively curb the incidence of construction accidents,the serious production safety situation has not been fundamentally reversed,which requires us to face and change the passive situation of construction safety management from a new perspective,to establish an active pre-control mode for construction safety management.The paper uses proposing questions to analyzing problems and to solving the problems as the guiding ideology against the problems of construction safety management in China,launches the study with methodology embedded in the thinking.With the theory of safety management as the guide,establishes the risk factors system for construction safety after depth study of the mechanism of construction accidents.Integrating multidisciplinary solutions,using Safety Prediction Theory,Data Mining Technology,Modern Artificial Intelligence Technology,Computer Software Information Technology,the paper establishes the construction safety forecast mode based on RS-GA-BP.With the principle of combining wide consultation,empirical analysis and model comparison,the paper proves the feasibility of the model,the validity of the model and the model accuracy.More importantly,the paper applies the safety forecast mode in the production practice.At last,the paper studies the pre-control measures for construction accidents.
