Using TBM construction method in long-distance tunnel construction,the scientific construction management technology and perfect TBM equipment are particularly important.This paper combined theoretical analysis with practical engineering data,took the key equipment dynamic management method to manage the TBM equipment.The cutter head system,host main bearing and hydraulic system of TBM are respectively taken as the important management objects of the equipment dynamic management.In the actual project,the key system performance indicators and failure,failure type statistics,based on the construction data to propose a dynamic management program to effectively reduce the loss and equipment failure.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Combining with the traditional experience and principle of applied statistics,the common problems of TBM in the complex cutter head and the normal and abnormal wear of cutter at different cutter positions were analyzed,presented four main performance goals at the dynamic management of the cutter head system,analyzed the main bearing and hydraulic system equipment performance,summarized common faults and put forward their own management objectives.(2)Aiming at the TBM construction data of West Qinling Tunnel and a certain section of northwestern Liaoning Province,the data of TBM construction are reorganized statistically,and the dynamic management methods and examples of key equipment in complex geology are obtained;the application of simulation to the hard rock conditions,boring machine cutter structural load finite element analysis,cutter torque and penetration of the tool for extreme eccentric load research.On the main bearings and hydraulic system oil monitoring data,the application of statistical theory and a variety of oil monitoring tools for pertinent statistics,selection and research analysis,the main test indicators include: kinematic viscosity,water content and other physical and chemical properties,and uses iron spectrum,spectral three-line regression to analyze all elements,and compares with the actual operation status of the equipment and the test knot,the conclusion is basically the same.(3)Assembling the early results and using LabVIEW development platform to build a dynamic data management system for the key components such as cutter system,drive(main bearing)and hydraulic system,the system through a variety of functional modules to realizethe storage,management and rapid analysis of the data of the respective components,provides the diagnosis basis for the operation status of the key components based on the analysis conclusion,improves the reliability of the equipment performance,and constructs a rigorous and meticulous data management and analysis support platform.
