| The diesel engine is the heart of the construction machinery excavator and the source of power for its work.According to statistics,80% of diesel engines are unable to work because of wear and tear,so it is very important to do condition diagnosis and predictive maintenance in advance.Oil detection and performance parameter detection are the methods used for diesel engine fault diagnosis. This paper uses two detection methods as a means to carry out research on the status evaluation of diesel engines during the operation of diesel engines. The specific work is as follows:The failure mode and wear failure failure mechanism of diesel engine, the theory of oil analysis and its application in the diagnosis of diesel engine failure are studied, which provides a theoretical basis for the next state evaluation; The limit values of the engine state evaluation were established based on the oil test data of two diesel engines, and then the quantitative relationship between the oil test parameters and the engine state was calculated using the matter-element evaluation theory. The parameters of fluid detection were reduced, the diagnostic criteria for each factor were established, and the status was diagnosed. The theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of diesel engine performance parameters is studied. The performance parameters of diesel engines at the sampling time are analyzed.K-Means clustering is performed with more than 300 performance parameters of the two engines in half a year.Oil detection data and performance parameters are used.Establish a model of engine deterioration evaluation, and calculate the weight of each index using entropy weight method.A set of excavator condition evaluation system was developed by using Labview software. The system can judge the status of the diesel engine based on oil detection data and performance parameters. |
