Under the background of stricter regulations on the emission of diesel engine issued by the government,accuracy control by electronic system is adopted to conform to the increasingly rigorous emission regulations.Since the the core component of electronic control of diesel engine is solenoid valve actuator,this programme has researched the control strategy of high-speed solenoid valve drive,designed the software and hardware of the circuit of high-speed solenoid valve drive,and the electronic control system for diesel engine,which has tried on diesel engine experiment and had a good result.According to the whole design scheme of electronic control of fuel injection system,it focuses on the design of MCU module,solenoid driven module and charge pump module.To shorten the response time of solenoid valve and improve the reliability of driven circuit,on the basis of engineering experience,it designs time-sharing intelligent solenoid valve driven by double voltages,high voltage provided by DC/DC boosting module,low voltage provided by battery.On the design of closed-loop control software of solenoid valve,it draws a detailed schematic design of driven circuit of solenoid valve,and then designs a program of current closed-loop control software of solenoid valve.According to the working principle of electronic control diesel,it firstly collects crank speed signal and cam speed signal,and then calculates the engine speed and identify the phase time,to ensure the correct phase time of driven solenoid valve and control the current closed-loop of solenoid valve.After that,the current closed-loop control of solenoid valve can be realized by the software with real-time feedback of signals.This thesis presents the arithmetic design and code compilation to realize the logical control of the time and the current of solenoid valve.In the experimental test of the designed electronic control of diesel engine,the programme first simulates the closed-loop control of the current of solenoid valve to test the control over the current of solenoid valve and measure the phase time of engine,and then conducts the engine bench test—calibration by PID arithmetic of idle speed to realize the control over the idle speed of engine.Result shows that the controlling functions of the designed diesel have been realized.
