As the national implementation of the third stage of non-road mobile machinery diesel emission standard, demand for diesel exhaust emissions is more and more strict, because electronic control fuel system can be according to the needs of diesel by ECU control solenoid valve angle of injection timing and fuel injection quantity of free adjustment, so it can meet the needs of the diesel engine exhaust emissions。 So in order to meet the requirements of diesel engine exhaust emissions, domestic diesel engine manufacturers are using electronic control fuel system to replace the mechanical fuel pump, the domestic manufacturer of fuel injection pump is in the development of electronic control fuel system。This paper analyzes the path of home and abroad meet the third stage of non-road mobile machinery diesel engine emission regulations of typical electronic control fuel system, including electronic unit pump, unit injector system and high-pressure common rail system, this paper expounds the problems existing in the domestic electronic control fuel system, combining with the current domestic level of processing, design the electromagnetic valve control distribution of single plunger type electric ELV type fuel injection pump:By ECU control valve stem open time and open of the length of time, realized with angle of injection timing and fuel injection quantity; Through fuel distribution device to realize high pressure fuel according to the order for the function of the supply of diesel engine, eliminate the different electromagnetic valve and the difference between the plunger matching parts lead to fuel injection quantity of different problems 。This paper analysis the overall structure of the fuel injection pump design, mainly illustrates the design of fuel injection pump structure and working principle, analyses the camshaft and plunger diameter and stem travel and fuel temperature and injection timing angle effect on the performance of diesel engine。This topic combination with the auther development project in the company, after nearly a year of research and development, has completed the trial production of samples and completed the third stage of non-road mobile machinery 498 diesel engine emission test, meet the requirements of national emission regulations, is currently in use。...
