In recent years,the competition in the aviation market has become increasingly fierce.The majority of airlines have realized that reducing operating costs has become an important measure to seek their own development and deal with fierce competition in the market.A series of income-increasing and cost-saving projects have successively been formulated.With increasingly emphasis on companies of fine management,which has led the company to develop in a direction of low cost.Facing this situation,this dissertation focuses on high-priced turnover parts from the three aspects of the initial spare parts optimization,inventory allocation,and visual management.For the initial spare parts optimization problem of high-priced turnover parts,this dissertation proposes a spare part system optimization model with the cost as a constraint and the guaranteed rate as a target function.In the aspect of model solution,in order to improve the premature convergence of QPSO and reduce the diversity after a certain number of iterations,the following work is done: 1)Introduce the concept of variance to judge the degree of particle aggregation.2)For the only parametric contraction expansion factor in the quantum particle swarm,the dynamic weights are introduced to dynamically adjust and introduce evolutionary factors.3)The improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the initial equipment inventory.The results show that the improvement of the spare parts list of the quantum particle algorithm group is based on the similar purchase cost,and the system guarantee rate is greater to prove that the improvement has progress.For the inventory configuration of high-priced turnover parts,this dissertation proposes a mathematical model of multi-objective inventory allocation based on the actual guarantee process of airlines,and simulates the inventory configuration of high-priced turnover parts through Matlab programming.At the same time,the actual information of an airline is taken as an example for verification.The results show that the configuration scheme is better including the total guarantee rate,total cost,and total downtime waiting time,which proves the feasibility of the model and simulation program.In order to realize the visualization management of high-cost turnover parts,this dissertation develops a replacement information update management module and inventory allocation decision system of high-price turnover parts based on Visual Basic,Matlab and Access databases,which can monitor replacement time and newly-introduced aircraft information.Therefore,the initial function of visual management is realized for inventory configuration decision-making.
