With the development of railways,especially the continuous advancement of high-speed railways,the new equipment,new technologies,new processes and new regulations of railway electric power systems are also being followed up.The automatic blocking system dominated by ZPW-2000 non-insulated track circuits has gradually become one of the leading equipment of the railway.Therefore,improving ZPW-2000 track circuit system reliability,reduce the failure rate is vital.This paper combines the actual situation of the field,systematically expounds the development of the frequency-shift track circuit,analyzes the principle of the domestic frequency shift and UM71 track circuit,and leads the principle analysis of the ZPW-2000 non-insulated track circuit.The advantages of the ZPW-2000 non-insulated rail track circuit are described in detail.Carefully analyzed the changes in current,voltage,and indication alarms caused by faults in various parts of the ZPW-2000 non-insulated rail track circuit system.The phenomenon,cause and search method of equipment fault are analyzed,the relationship between fault cause and fault phenomenon is established,and the fault tree analysis method is introduced into the fault analysis process of signal equipment to effectively analyze the nature and cause of the fault.The minimum cut sets are sorted according to the importance degree,and the probability of occurrence of equipment failure,intermediate events,bottom events and minimum cut sets are analyzed,and the minimum cut sets are sorted according to the influence of the top events to determine the importance of the minimum cut sets.Then aim at the hidden troubles corresponding to the minimum cut set,and deeply analyze the causes of equipment hidden dangers.Contact equipment manufacturers,design institutes and other related units to conduct countermeasure analysis.The proposed direction switching circuit transformation,communication cage power supply transformation and other programs are original and practical,and have been approved by the manufacturer and approved by the superior unit,and has been gradually implemented.Through the effective implementation of the solution,the reliability of the ZPW-2000 non-insulated rail track circuit system is improved,the equipment failure rate is reduced,and the foundation for the normal use of the equipment and the safe production of the railway is laid.
