The development of modern systems and equipment is becoming more and more mature.Most of the systems are complex in composition and require high reliability.Attention is paid to the failure mechanism of the system,and the potential laws are thoroughly explored to truly reflect the reliability of the system,which has always been the concern of scholars domestic and overseas and industry researchers.Long term research and work practice have showed that the state of systems and components not only perform complete failure and perfect working state,but also cause intermediate state of system and component due to degradation of component performance and partial system failure.In order to solve the reliability problems of complex systems,it is highly necessary to study the reliability of multi-state systems in depth.The performance and distribution of multi-state systems are difficult to obtain accurately.It is rather difficult to establish accurate models.In this paper,combining the multi-state theory and fuzzy set theory,the weight of the k out of n good system is fuzzed and the original method of universal generating function is improved.The method is proved by an example to show that the method has good applicability.For an imperfect fault coverage fuzzy multi-state system,which consider uncovered failures part separately from the entire system and the fuzzy universal generating function calculation method is given for the system.The method separates the system model and the uncovered failure part from each other in order to better evaluate and analyze system.In this paper,the concept of random performance loss is introduced into the multi-state sharing model.The reliability of multi state system with loss in performance sharing is deeply studied.A series system which contains loss in the performance sharing process,consisting of three multi-state components is considered.The representative function and the generation function method are used to give a reliability calculation method for the system.Reliability is regarded as the probability that the performance deficiency is zero after performance sharing.Finally,the multi-state series system and parallel series system contain loss in performance sharing are studied respectively,and the corresponding reliability calculation algorithm is proposed.
