With the rapid development of China’s rail transit,high-speed rail,intercity,subway and other modes of transportation have more and more important impact on residents’ travel.As an important part of rail transit,the reliability of EMU operation and reasonable maintenance strategy to a large extent affect the safety and efficiency of rail transit operation.Therefore according to the EMU history failure data and the law of reliability optimization EMU existing maintenance strategy,mastering the EMU reliability of law,avoiding owe or trim,reduceing the EMU maintenance cost,and improving operation efficiency have important research significance.In this paper,EMU subsystems with high failure rates such as door system,traction system and braking system are taken as the research object.Based on the historical failure data of EMU operation,relevant technologies and theoretical methods such as statistics,reliability theory and maintenance strategy optimization theory are used to analyze reliability and optimize maintenance strategies for several key subsystems of EMU.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Statistical analysis and reliability analysis to EMU door system,traction system and braking system based on mathematical statistics and FMECA method.The fault data of EMU components,functions and key systems were analyzed,and the fault distribution fitting of main fault components was carried out to explore the failure law of components.Supported by the statistical analysis results,FMECA analysis was carried out on the three subsystems to find the weak links of the system and provide theoretical basis for system troubleshooting and maintenance scheme formulation.(2)Door system,traction system and brake system reliability analysis based on Markov-universal generating function method.The structure and function of the three systems are analyzed,and the reliability analysis model of the three subsystems is constructed through the structural block diagram of the system and the failure rate of the components,and the reliability indexes such as availability and reliability of the system are calculated to provide the reliability theoretical basis for the optimization of the maintenance strategy of the system.(3)Based on the improved minimum cost model,the maintenance cycle optimization model was established by setting up the reliability constraint value and considering the preventive maintenance cost,fault maintenance cost and reliability function comprehensively.The maintenance strategies of EMU door system,traction system and brake system are optimized.(4)Based on the PH distribution method,the reliability analysis of EMU doors,traction and braking systems is carried out considering maintenance.The reliability obtained by PH distribution method is compared with that obtained by Markov-universal generating function method to verify the rationality of reliability analysis.Aiming at the maintenance cycle optimization problem,the PH distribution model is used to compare and consider the reliability maintenance of the system under the current maintenance cycle and optimal maintenance cycle,so as to verify the accuracy and rationality of the maintenance strategy optimization.
