As a widely used measuring instrument,the ScopeMeter has the characteristics of small size,light weight and portability.With the continuous improvement of test requirements,testers put forward higher requirements on the sampling rate of the ScopeMeter.At the same time,the research significance of data analysis capabilities and related advanced software functions of high sampling rate ScopeMeter is becoming more and more necessary.This article,combined with the development of the oscillographic meter project,focuses on the software design of the data analysis module of the high sampling rate ScopeMeter.The software design of the parameter measurement module,the touch-and-measuring module,the four-channel multimeter module,the self-correction module,and the USB-based communication module are realized.The main contents include:1.Parametric measurement module: First,the waveform data is converted into a frequency division histogram,and then the underlying parameters and application layer parameters are gradually calculated according to the frequency histogram parameters.Finally,the measurement of 26 basic parameters such as amplitude,time,and statistics is completed.2.Connect-and-View module: After analyzing and processing the collected signal,adjust the time base file according to the waveform frequency;adjust the amplitude gear by determining whether the waveform is out of bounds and calculating the waveform absolute voltage.The waveform will be displayed stably as expected.3.Multimeter auto-ranging module: over-sampling mode of the oscilloscope's analog channel.The software implements a 1000-digit digital multimeter function by analyzing waveform data.According to the measurement type,voltage probe ratio,current conversion ratio,temperature conversion ratio,the logic value is converted into an actual value,and finally an appropriate range is automatically displayed on the screen.4.Self-calibration module: Calibrate the channel according to the calculation result of the theoretical gain and the adjustment method of step adjustment,including the zero offset correction of the signal channel and the correction of the trigger level.The sampling rate of 5GSPS was achieved by the time alternating sampling technique,and the TIADC system was calibrated using the sinusoidal fitting error estimation algorithm.5.USB-based data communication module: Through the USB interface and adopting the USB OTG scheme,the reading and writing of the oscillographic meter to the USB-Stick is realized,and communication with the PC-side host computer is realized at the same time.The main work of this paper is the software structure and process design.Modular and low-coupling program writing is used to realize the functions of each module.The system is easy to debug and can quickly locate problems.Finally,each functional module of the system can work normally and stably according to the indicators.
