With the development of modern social economy,the traditional electric power grids has been unable to adapt to the pace of development.In order to meet the requirements like energy conservation,environmental protection,high efficiency,reliability,stability and sustainable development of power supply.The construction of smart grid is imperative.Smart substation as one of the key construction needs seems very important.Compared with the traditional substation,great changes have taken place in the design,operation,detection and maintenance of the smart substation.In particular,the circuit composed of digital circuits replaces the traditional secondary cabling.So for the researchers of smart substation,it is very important to study the secondary side and the learning of all kinds of secondary equipment fault warning.For the person of secondary system’s operation detection and maintenance of the smart substation,Lack of understanding of new structure and new technology of smart substation need to learn new smart substation structure and detection.Taking the above factors into account,this paper aims to establish a smart substation simulation training platform for students and professionals who are related to the electric power system.On the basis of this platform,the fault warning and detection are simulated,and the functions of the platform include the analysis of the SCD files,the simulation of the GOOSE message sending,the inference and simulation of fault warning,the formulation of the detection and so on.The main research contents and work of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish a smart substation simulation training platform based on BS architecture,design the client module for the students and server module for teachers,establishing communication module based on HTTP protocol and design a database module based on MySQL.(2)Establish the classification standards of fault alarm,and classify the fault alarm based on this,fault warning is simulated with expert mode and model driven method,combing the data transmission relationship between secondary devices in smart substation,on the basis of that,a fault inference model is established.(3)Combing the principle of detection,based on the principle of relay protection and No.ninety-second of the State Grid’s file.The rules for the classification of detectably equipment,the selection of accompanying equipment,the order of execution and the order of display of the detection work are formulated respectively,and the contents of an individual device are combed.Formulating the generation specification for detection and the general generation process and special generation process for detection,standardization of graphical display standards for detection.Finally,to verify the feasibility and function of the software platform,the software platform is tested in modules.The final test results prove the correctness and feasibility of the thinking.
