Oil drilling rig using diesel generators as power source has problems such that the braking energy generated in the process of drill pipe d ecentralization is not recycled,the no-load energy of the engine in the working gap of the oil drilling rig is wasted,the power configuration of diesel generators is relatively high,an abrupt change in the working condition of the oil drilling rigs causes the DC bus voltage fluctuations.The thesis applies the hybrid energy storage technology to the control of the oil drilling rig micro-grid and studies the energy optimization control of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system to solve the above problems.For energy storage units with different energy storage characteristics,the reasonable distribution of power and the size of the configured energy storage system directly affect the safety,reliability,stability,and economic operation of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system.The thesis takes the oil drilling rig micro-grid with battery and super-capacitor as the research object,first the composition and structure of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system is analyzed,and its mathematical model is established.Second,the charge and discharge management of the energy storage system is analyzed in detail to ensure the stability of the DC bus voltage.Then,the storage and reuse of braking energy are analyzed according to the operating characte ristics of the oil drilling rig,and the recoverable energy is calculated for different working conditions of the oil drilling rig.For the different energy storage characteristics of batter y and super-capacitor in hybrid energy storage system,in order to increase the coordination of the en ergy storage devices,a coordinated control strategy to adjust real-time the power command of the hybrid energy storage system is proposed.The control strategy modifies the output power in real time according to the working state of the energy stora ge device,and sets over-charge,over-discharge and maximum limit protection,so that the energy storage unit operates in a reasonable range,finally verified by Matlab/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the control strategy can not only improve the performance of the energy storage device,optimize the overall adjustment capability of the system,but also reduce the number of charge and discharge times of the battery,extend the operating life of the energy storage device,and increase the stability of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system.On the basis of the determined control strategy,a capacity optimization configuration method of the oil drilling rig micro-grid hybrid energy storage system based on the improved particle swarm algorithm is proposed to reduce the operating costs of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system.The method takes the minimum life cost cycle of the energy storage system as the objective function,the capacity optimization model is established.The particle swarm algori thm is improved by optimizing the acceleration factor,and the number of battery and super-capacitor is configured according to the constraint restrictions.The simulation results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm used in the the sis has better optimization ability,faster convergence speed.Moreover,this algorithm can reduce the number of energy storage devices configured,optimize the working state of the battery,and reduce the cost of the oil drilling rig micro-grid system.
