At present,China is increasingly short of energy,and electrical energy is a very important part of it.Therefore,it is of great s ignificance to study the optimal design of intelligent building electrical.As an important part of the intelligent community,building electrical technology also ushered in a good time of development.Building electrical is a science that uses electrical energy,electrical equipment and electrical technology as a means to create,maintain,and improve the limited space and environment of a science.The thesis introduces the concept,characteristics and control requirements of intelligent residential area,introduces the theoretical basis of the optimal design of intelligent residential area and building electric energy,and analyzes and summarizes the principles and existing problems that should be followed in the development of building electric energy saving technology.It analyzes the construction of the building,which sums up the level of power in the neighborhood.According to the requirements of the low voltage power supply system design specifications,the high and low voltage power distribution system design drawings,design conforms to the district power supply scheme,choosing reasonable lighting control mode,not only make the village get good lighting and have the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection.Finally,the thesis conducts energy-saving design for intelligent building supply and distribution system,energy-saving construction of security and defense system,emergency fire control system,fire control system,etc.,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on various system levels of electric gasification and equipment automation in intelligent building,so as to make the community economical,safe and comfortable.
