In the modular cascade motor system,the multi axis input uniaxial output can be realized by the dynamic integrated reducer,which can be optimized according to the corresponding dynamic demand,and the number of module motor can be added to meet the demand of different power.The internal parallel move gear transmission can transform multiple inputs into one output,which is an ideal solution for dynamic integrated gearbox.Since the translational wheel of the translational reducer is eccentric,the influence of mass eccentricity can be well balanced by using the translational structure of two phases.The translational decelerator has complex structure and high accuracy,and there are many factors that affect its dynamic characteristics.Therefore,the study of its design and dynamic characteristics is of great practical significance.In order to achieve the goal of multiple input and single output,a two phase internal parallel moving gear transmission is designed,which can achieve two axis input and one axial output.A reasonable displacement coefficient is used to calculate the gear pair with less tooth difference,and a parametric modeling and virtual assembly of the reducer is carried out by using 3D modeling software.Then an accurate solid model is obtained.The virtual prototype model of the reducer is established by multi-body dynamics software,and kinematics and dynamics analysis of the model is carried out.The speed and angular acceleration of each component in the reducer are analyzed.The influence of the speed,torque,and the phase of the input shaft on the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic meshing force and supporting force of the reducer is also analyzed.According to the national standard,the trial-produce reducer is tested,and the acceleration signal of the gear box is collected and processed by the corresponding measuring point.It is found that the frequency coupling phenomenon appears in the vibration signal,and the accuracy of the virtual prototype model of the reducer is verified by comparison.
