With the rapid development of the science and technology society and rapid rise of the automobile industry,a large amount of energy consumption and environmental pollution are brought about.The electromagnetic shock damper can recycle the dissipated energy of the traditional suspension,and the active suspension can obviously improve the ride comfort of the car.Electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension can not only control the suspension system actively,but also recover the energy of suspension vibration.This paper is based on the school enterprise cooperation project,the city pure electric logistics vehicle modification(CX2014-45).The main contents of this paper are the modification and research of the suspension system of the pure electric logistics vehicle.The main contents include the following points:First,this paper introduces the electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension composed of ball screw mechanism and permanent magnet brushless DC motor,introduces its structure and working principle,and then introduces the two parts of electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension including active suspension control and electromagnetic damper,and on this basis,the model is established respectively.The ride comfort and suspension consumption ratio of vehicle are proposed as evaluation indexes of electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension.Second,active suspension uses fuzzy control strategy to determine the ideal active force.Then the control strategy of the motor is discussed and analyzed.Finally,the fuzzy PID control is selected as the control strategy of the motor,and the fuzzy PID control is designed.Third,the simulation software MATLAB/Simulink is used to build the PID control model and fuzzy PID control model of the passive suspension and electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension,and the simulation is carried out.The results verify the stability and anti-interference of the fuzzy PID control strategy.Fourth,the hardware and software of electromagnetic shock damper on active suspension are designed in this chapter.The hardware includes the MTM32F103 chip,the hardware includes the minimum system circuit module,the feed circuit module,the power supply and the energy storage module,etc.the software is designed with flow chart,including the main program flow chart,the flow chart of the fault detection program,the flow chart of the motor control program and so on.
