The microelectrode structure dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)has the advantage of low breakdown voltage,which is easy and convenient to obtain micro plasma.At present,one of the key problems that need to be solved urgently is how to obtain the surface discharge plasma with uniform stability,large area and low energy consumption in the application of DBD.So it is important to study the structure and discharge characteristics.Therefore,in this paper,a new kind of discharge device is proposed,which is based on the characteristics of the surface discharge structure in the micro electrode and the surface discharge.First of all,the discharge device triode microelectrode structure is described in detail,the mechanism of microelectrode dielectric barrier discharge is analyzed,the discharge power of Lissajous figure method calculation formula is derived in this paper,and voltage-current waveform,discharge gap voltage,discharge transferred charge,discharge power and other electrical parameters of three-electrode DBD under two different connection mode is measured through the experiment.Secondly,based on the analysis of the two-electrode dielectric barrier discharge,an equivalent circuit based on the voltage controlled current source(VCCS)is proposed to simulate the dynamic change of the discharge gap.The dynamic simulation model is built by MATLAB/SIMULINK,and experiment of comb structure two-electrode dielectric barrier discharge is carried out.The simulation and experimental results were compared,and the results show that the electrical parameters and its variation obtained through simulation calculation are consistent with experimental measurement within the error range,witch verifies the accuracy of the comb structure two-electrode DBD dynamic simulation model.Finally,discharge characteristics of three-electrode and two-electrode DBD were compared,and the influence of different electrode structures on the electrical characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)is analyzed.The conclusions are as follows: The more intensive the high voltage electrode is,the more conducive to the transmission of charge;The influences of the suspension of a positive electrode and the increase of the electrode spacing on the discharge characteristics are different;When the positive and negative electrodes are on the same side of the dielectric plate,the thickness of the dielectric layer between the positive and negative electrodes increases,the average electric field intensity and the interelectrode capacitance decrease.the discharge decrease,the amount of transferred charge is reduced,but the initial discharge voltage and air-gap voltage are relatively high.
