The low-temperature plasma has very wide prospects in industrial application,plasma produced by Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD) is adopted in generally now.The effect of plasma produced by Dielectric Barrier Discharge correlates directly with structure of the reactor and voltage,frequency of the power supply.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the optimized structure of DBD reactor and suggest a design proposal of High-frequency High-voltage power supply matching with DBD reactor based on researching the characteristic of DBD.Firstly,this paper study the factors that influence DBD systemically.Making detailed experimental analysis based on the factors that influence plate-plate DBD,for example,the structure of polar plate,the gap space,applied voltage,frequency etc and summarize the design principle of optimize the structure of the DBD reactor from a lot of statistical results:(1)When the power supply is constant,the discharge power is changing with the changing of the gap space,the larger gap space,the smaller discharge power,so it's suitable to use smaller gap space,mesh structure of grounding electrode DBD reactor.(2)When the parameter of the DBD reactor structure is fixed,the DBD discharge power and period charge transmission quantity is increasing with raising the applied voltage and frequency.Above all,providing theory and experiment basis for realizing the increase of the efficiency of the DBD electric discharge by using high frequency and high voltage matching power supply.Secondly,design and develop intermediate-frequency high-voltage power supply which match the DBD reactor.The power supply uses variable AC input,become DC by passing bridge rectifier,become AC by passing IGBT and realize to output high-frequency high-voltage sine wave by passing high-frequency transformer,the output frequency is controlled by the switch of IBGT which is controlled by SG3525.This paper gives a brief introduction of the high-frequency high-voltage power supply working principle,analyzes the rectifying circuit,inverter circuit,control circuit and driver circuit etc,gives the design and coiling method of transformer and analyze the experimental data.Under test,the output target of power supply is:(1) single phase A.C.input of 220V;(2) output square wave;(3) output frequency adjustable:50Hz~20kHz;(4) output voltage adjustable,maximum 20kV.The research meets design requirement. Last,the power supply is used in DBD experiment successfully and verify the matching degree between the power supply and the reactor.
