This thesis is based on high-power Marine Reciprocating Compressor performance test as the research object,on the basis of the previous open performance of compressor test rig,breakthrough to design a set of closed-system large reciprocating compressor performance test rig,satisfy the high speed and large displacement compressor test.The designed test rig in the original use air as working medium to test but now the other working mediums such as natural gas are also can use to test;On the basis of the original open performance test rig which can only use the atmosphere as the condition of the inlet part,breakthrough design the stable and reliable air supply system,provides the theoretical support of adjusting the multiple inlet working conditions.The test rig is composed of 8 parts includes throttling flow module,test module,air condition control module,driver module,integrated oil station module,cooling module,compression unit module and data acquisition system module.Among them the throttling module and the air condition(air conditioning module system)are in detailed design which respectively to keep the pressure down and ensure stability on the suction side pressure of the compressor.The combination of the ISA1932 nozzles required in the test bench and the accuracy of the measuring instruments on the test bench are calculated,which ensures the test capability and the test precision of the test bench.Finally the test-rig experimental ability are the following: the inlet pressure under 10 MPa and the exhaust pressure under 24.5 MPa,volume flow rate is less than 5×104 m3/d(inlet conditions)and part of the the volume flow rate among 5×104 m3/d~10×104 m3/d(inlet conditions).At the same time,the rig can also meet the some test types,including: performance testing,mechanical test and flow pulsation test,etc.
