With the gradual achievement of the goal of SGCC(State Grid Corporation of China)ofbuiding a strong smart grid,as one of the important work of the construction of a strong smart grid,automatic,interactive and intelligent operation control of the distribution network has spread nationwide.In order to solve the problem of unreliable data quality and inefficient system application in operation control of the distribution network,Dalian Power Supply Company has carried out marketing-distribution-dispatch data connection involving power distribution,marketing,dispatch and other professions since 2014.Through determining the data maintenance boundary of all professions and systems and specifying the data entry standard,the company has carried out on-site equipment collection and data management,unified graphic modeling and other work so as to realize "One chart of marketing-distribution-dispatch".Multiple sets of management system has been applied successively since 2000,but unified planning was insufficient and there were not unified data maintenance standard and effective examination means in the application process.As a result,there exsit some engineering application problems,for example,although the systems are targeted,horizontal operation linkage is deficient.This led to a result that system application has covered all aspects of operation and management of the distribution network,but,in its actual operation and maintenance management,single system operation flow and unreliable data analysis results have seriously restricted the company's operation control efficiency of the distribution network.Based on the review of the reserach status of the related fields at home and abroad,aiming at the requirements of the distribution network operation control data,the paper conducts a deep study of the structure characteristics of the horizontal business communication data between power distribution and dispatch,marketing and customer service and other departments,combs the original distribution network operation and maintenance management methods,integrates the distribution network condition monitoring,operation and maintenance,fault analysis and precise positioning,load prediction,planned(fault)power failure information release and other system data and offline flow scattered in the different operationg departments and puts forward the marketing-distribution-dispatch data connection strategy in distribution network operation control.It formulates data fusion scheme,determines the most reasonable mode of data sharing,integration and interaction.Itestablishes a marketing-distribution-dispatch data fusion mechanism and data fit and general survey methods.It researches on the unified data fit principle,confirms the maintenance interface of all kinds of data source and builds the maintenance and process procedure of all kinds of data to ensure that the incremental data is under control.Based on the reduplicate and crossed data among the systems,the paper proposes the management method of data on stock to ensure the data's correctness,integrity and sustainable maintenance.Practice shows that marketing-distribution-dispatch data connection platform is designed to form the integration control of distribution network operation with comprehensive display of distribution equipment conditions as well as automatic real-time monitoring,fault analysis,active repair,operation inspection analysis and index monitoring of the distribution network and other functions based on the original system data.It has provided a detailed and accurate data support for the operation and management of the distribution network and realized efficient and high quality management of its planning,construction,operation and maintenance.
