With the rapid development of the automobile industry,car lightweight is one of the hot issues in the current automotive industry.At the same time,the social requirements of driving passenger and pedestrian safety are also improved.Now 560 MPa dual-phase steel has been widely used in automobile manufacturing.In particular,the high strength steel plate of 980 MPa / 1000 MPa has been used as the hot spot in the area where the profile of the side impact is extremely easy to deform.The special properties of the double-phase steel plate(DP)for automobile such as high yield strength,poor plasticity,low elongation and large deformation resistance causes the problems such as wrinkling,rebound,cracking,warping and so on,increases the difficulties of product debugging.In this paper,the seat stiffening plate with two-way steel plate for automobile is taken as the research object.The finite element software analysis and the process test method are used to study the stamping process of the car seat reinforcing plate,and the corresponding die structure design is carried out.Through the simulation analysis of forming process to predict various defects,effectively reduce the number of test modes,reduce the cost,and improve the success rate of the test model.First of all,according to the stamping forming condition to set the initial process,using the finite element software Autoform reasonable set up to simulate the actual production process,studies the performance of high strength steel plate stamping forming.In order to solve the problem of large residual stress,severe rebound and poor shape stability of high strength steel plate,it is predicted that the defects such as crack,wrinkle and rebound can be produced.Then,according to the reason of the prominent problem of product forming wrinkling,the influence law of plate thickness,friction coefficient and blank holder force on the wrinkling of automobile double phase steel plate was studied by single variable simulation method.Through the analysis to get the best forming conditions,and thus guide the actual production of mold correction and production process parameters adjustment.Finally,on the basis of the complete set of design,the production of molds is made,and the stamping formability and wrinkling analysis and actual production verification of the high strength plate are carried out through the actual mold commissioning state.Through the study of this paper,it can provide reasonable suggestions for mold development of car seat parts with bidirectional steel plate,thus shorten the mold production cycle,provide solutions for the wrinkling problems which are prone to mold debugging,and shorten the debugging time.
