Research On The Featured Town Planning And Design Based On The Symbiosis Theory

With the optimization and upgrading of China’s economic structure,traditional urban development approaches have not been adapted to the demands of urban and rural development,and the new urbanization of the new normal economy has emerged.Under the new urbanization policy called for,represented by the characteristic town usher in a new climax of urban and rural construction,and quickly became a whole urban and rural areas,speed up the industrial transformation and upgrading,the new urbanization and the reform of supply side key.Faced with the construction of a large number of characteristic towns,the problem of inadequate theoretical preparation is becoming more and more prominent.It is urgent to have a comprehensive and objective understanding of it,and to establish effective support on the theoretical level.Characteristic town as a new thing,cannot copy the old system,and the perspective of current research about the characteristic town is relatively narrow,lack of a system of both theoretical support and complete expression of innovative achievements.Ecology related concepts as an important source of urban and rural planning theory development,the characteristics of small town has good applicability,symbiosis theory based on the philosophy of symbiotic co-existence and biology of ideas,help to integrate the internal and external elements characteristic town,building planning and design of the system with pertinence,fill the blank of the characteristic town of symbiosis theory research and for the study of the characteristics of small town planning and design to provide a broader field of vision.In this paper,based on the theory of "symbiosis",through comprehensive literature,comparative analysis and practical investigation,multidisciplinary research from multiple perspectives,the combination of theory and practice of a variety of methods,such as the characteristics of small town development situation,the practical cases at home and abroad,the related theory of comprehensive study,for the symbiosis theory,symbiosis theory and urban and rural planning,planning and traditional planning,symbiosis symbiotic system classification and the characteristics of small town and makes an analysis of the dialectical relationship between urban and rural planning,etc,with characteristics of town planning system construction as the breakthrough point,symbiosis with single symbiotic system and multiple symbiotic system building inside and outside two symbiotic system,put forward "regional integration,integration symbiosis" external symbiotic planning system construction strategy and internal symbiosis "system optimization,the detailed design" planning system construction strategy,respectively in all regions and macro and micro base of corresponding to the two layers of research.The main contents are as follows:1.Analyze the research background,purpose and significance,clarify the object and content,and expound the methods and framework of the research.The innovation point of research is put forward.2.Through the development of the domestic and foreign characteristic small towns and the related theory and the practice case summary,find out the existing plan existing limitation and related problems.3.Based on the symbiosis theory,the relationship between the theory of analytic symbiosis and urban and rural planning and the general distinction between the symbiotic planning and the traditional planning are presented,and the connotation of the planning and design of the characteristic town under the guidance of this theory is put forward.4.Aimed at the planning and design of characteristic town,put forward the town planning system and construction strategy based on the symbiosis theory.5.Taking engineering practice--as an example,Jinpu New District residential area is an example to illustrate the design points of planning Beijing,design ideas and symbiosis system.Based on the existing symbiosis theory,the paper puts forward the plan system and the construction strategy of the internal and external symbiosis of the characteristic town,and expands the theory of the planned design of the characteristic town.Theory combined with practice,based on the author to complete the actual project,from two aspects: macro regions and micro plot examines the relationship between symbiotic elements,to create a home stay facility town planning system symbiosis,to seek the harmonious relations of sustainable development,for the new type of urbanization under the background of characteristics of small town planning and practice provides a certain theoretical reference and practical application.
