Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Featured Town In Zhejiang Province

Facing the new normal economic situation and the "the same town" of situation,Featured Town in Zhejiang Province become a successful example all over the country.It takes the featured as the guiding,and pays attention to the coordinated development of landscape,industry and culture.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of towns and the exploration of new urbanization.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research on the Featured Town at home and abroad,as well as the related concepts,development process,basic characteristics and other related contents of the Featured Town in Zhejiang province.Based on the practice of landscape construction in Zhejiang province and the tendency of experts to evaluate the landscape quality of Featured Town,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the process of landscape construction,including the lack of industrial characteristics,the week cultural atmosphere,lack of landscape features,landscape potential ignored,weak management and maintenance issues and so on.Secondly,according to the analysis of the present situation about the landscape and the analysis of the tendency of expert judgment,the paper proposes that the development of the industry determines the direction of the development in Featured Town,and landscape construction promotes the upgrading of the industry.The organic combination of landscape and industry contributes to the sustainable development of Featured Town in Zhejiang.Then based on the analysis of the background of the industry and landscape from the split to the combination in the process of the construction of towns,it is further proved that the organic combination of landscape and industry is the inevitable trend of the times.And from the point of view of planning,this paper discusses the influence factors and construction methods of the combination of industry and landscape.Finally,from the perspective of the protection of natural landscape,ecological transformation of artificial landscape,and heritage of the human landscape,the paper puts forward the construction method of Featured Town’s landscape in Zhejiang province around the industrial development.At the same time,through the excavation of the derived value of the landscape,the landscape in the cultural heritage,leisure experience,new tourism,health and other aspects to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.And combining theory with practice,the paper proves the correctness and feasibility of the theory and method by the construction of Longwu tea town as an example.The organic combination of landscape and industry proposed in this paper can provide some reference for the landscape planning and design of the towns.
