| China has rapid development in economic construction and comprehensive national strength,including continuously progressive urbanization and increasing population.Vehicles grow year by year that cause worse traffic condition,so current road traffic system can't meet people's transportation demand.Highwayinfrastructure has played leading role as pillar industry and driving local economic development in promoting national economic growth.Highway tunnel is the significant component of high engineering structure,which has achieved amount breakthrough quality leap,as the number and length of our tunnels taking the first position in the world.Scientific and technologic progress and constructive technology improvement,they give quality improvement in design,construction,and operational management of highway tunnels from past to present.However,constructive issues caused by demerit geologic condition in tunnel construction process becoming frequent.They are both opportunities and challenges for highway tunnel constructors as well as chance of study and improvement.Meanwhile,it will test our principle,technology and management degree.Based on current experience and technology,we need to continuously search,innovate and improve ourselves.The paper also comprehensivelyanalyzed the information of localinspection,geologic investigation and supervising measure,including features of different wall rock movement and tunnel support and protection structural system under different construction step condition in tunnel construction.Appropriate construction order was organized in tunnel construction tunnel,making key construction skill,conduction timely measurement,to adjust construction plan focusing on practical wall rock characteristics and geological structure.Continuous modification on support and protection index and adjustment in digging method made the project completed safely,economically and rapidly.In tunnel construction process,every tunnel had specific different condition due to geologic structure.As applying current theory and construction technology,it was necessary to take effective construction plan according to specific condition of practical tunnel,and make continuous adjustment on specific issues to meet project demand.As for resolutions ofrelevant issues in construction would have considering meaning for completeingother construction of similar tunnels.On the background of Gao Ligou Tunnel,the paper discussed relevant issues in thetunnel construction process.On the basis of previous constructive technology and theoretic research of highway tunnel experience,and considering the geologic condition and construction environment of Gao Ligou tunnel,the paper analyzed major sectors affecting tunnel construction.Limited unit method was used to make mechanical analysis in tunnel major section.And the mechanicalsimulated result was compared with measure data of tunnel construction,which confirmed the reliability of the simulated result.According to the local practical geologic condition and design index of the tunnel combing with the result of mechanical analysis.The paper analyzed the probable problems in tunnel construction process as well as the choice and fulfillment of construction method and confirmed the practical application of New Austrian Tunneling Method construction technology in specific tunnel. |
