As the most informative technology core of NATM construction,monitoring measurement is worth further study.Tunnel monitoring measurement can not only ensure the safe and smooth progress of tunnel construction,but also is an important means of scientific construction and effective reduction of construction cost.Based on Guanyinshan Tunnel of Guanguan Expressway,this paper studies the monitoring and measurement technology of expressway tunnel construction,provides technical parameters for tunnel construction support and technical scheme,and evaluates the informatization construction of expressway tunnel and the stability of tunnel.Through summarizing the existing monitoring and measurement methods of tunnels,this paper introduces the operation methods and matters needing attention of monitoring and measurement items,and studies the data processing methods.Combined with Guanyinshan Tunnel Project of Guanguan High Speed,the monitoring and measurement methods and data processing analysis methods in the research results are studied in practice.The research contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the monitoring and measurement technology of tunnel construction to monitor and measure the deformation of surrounding rock,internal displacement of surrounding rock,supporting structure and other monitoring items,and to provide information feedback.The basic steps and methods of analyzing and processing the errors of monitoring results are studied.The mathematical regression analysis method is used to fit the regression curve of tunnel deformation data.The stability of surrounding rock in the process of tunnel construction is obtained and the method of feedback guidance for tunnel construction is given.(2)The construction monitoring and measurement methods,information feedback and early warning methods used in tunnel construction are studied.According to the monitoring results,the excavation and support parameters in construction are modified,and the construction scheme is continuously improved and optimized through dynamic construction.The information feedback and the early warning process before and after excavation are studied for the monitoring and acquisition data flow of Expressway tunnels.The treatment measures of feedback anomalies are discussed,and the applicability of different methods for monitoring and early warning of tunnels is summarized.(3)According to the monitoring data of surrounding displacement,vault subsidence,surface subsidence and geological sketch of Guanyinshan Tunnel Project,a non-linear regression analysis is made,and the monitoring results of tunnel are analyzed.It is concluded that there is a general regularity of tunnel excavation deformation,and the regularity of tunnel deformation is closely related to tunnel construction.By feeding back the monitoring results to the construction in time,the purpose of guiding the construction revision design is achieved,providing engineering reference for similar tunnel construction monitoring and measurement,and forming an efficient,accurate and reasonable monitoring safety information system.
