| Low-speed Marine diesel engines with saving energy and reducing consumption reduction,speed reduction using the tide rise,improving operation efficiency,lower super long stroke,speed of ship diesel engine at low speed,more and more get the attention of the owner,shipyard and loved.WARTSILA X series Marine diesel engine with compact design,light weight,low manufacturing cost,easy to assemble,lower fuel consumption,low cylinder oil consumption,high operating flexibility and reliability,long overhaul period,and many other advantages,its stroke is longer,more power,lower speed,a broader power,fuel consumption rate is lower and conform to the world shipping market "energy conservation and emissions reduction",the theme of "green",but the WARTSILA new technical characteristics of X series diesel engine show also brought new problems,these problems must adopt new technology and new technology to solve them,in order to enhance the performance of diesel engine and construction level.Firstly,the main technical features and properties of WARTSILA X series diesel engine are analyzed,and the new problems brought by these technical characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,this paper introduces the main basis of X series Marine diesel engine selection,and the X series Marine diesel engine were analyzed,and main technical parameters and related configuration with RT-flex series diesel engine were analyzed,on the basis of comparative study sums up the main technical characteristics of X Marine diesel engine.Thirdly,combining with the main technical features of series X diesel engine,the paper makes technical improvement and analysis of the problems.Finally based on the domestic first W6X72 green Marine diesel engine at low speed,using UG three-dimensional modeling technology and ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis was made on the simulation analysis technology of components,built for the host in the late provide strong technical support.In this paper,the development of the connecting rod boring and clamping tooling and ANSYS simulation analysis and W6X72 cylinder body contact face wall thickness reduction ANSYS simulation analysis were carried out to solve a series of problems encountered in the early stage of the mainframe construction.summed up a set of W6X72 Marine diesel engine at low speed development of technology and process technology. |
