With the rapid increase in car ownership,Chinese energy and the environment is facing serious challenges.As the hybrid vehicle can meet the vehicle low emission and low fuel consumption of the integrated requirements,the development of hybrid vehicles as the representative of the new energy vehicles has become an important direction for the automotive industry innovation.As one of the core technologies of hybrid electric vehicle,regenerative braking technology can recycle energy in the process of automobile braking,and can increase the life time and improve the fuel economy and reduce the environmental pollution while completing the braking demand.The addition of regenerative braking technology also makes the compound brake system of the hybrid vehicle more complicated and the braking form affects each other.Therefore,it is necessary to use the coordinated braking control strategy to allocate the regenerative braking force and the mechanical braking force reasonably and can be more efficient Recovery of braking energy,to achieve the role of energy conservation.In this paper,the coordinated control strategy of compound braking is studied,and the advantages and disadvantages are clarified by comparing the typical coordination control strategies of the mainstream.The design scheme of coordinated control of automobile compound brake is designed,and the coordinated control strategy of automobile compound braking is determined.The simulation model is used to build the simulation model by Carsim / Siumlink.The main parameters of the coordinated control system are optimized,which provide references for further study.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the analysis and summarization of the existing research results of the coordinated control strategy of electromechanical compound braking at home and abroad,this paper compares the typical coordinated control strategy and designs the coordinated braking control scheme of hybrid vehicle based on the optimal energy recovery control strategy.2.On the basis of dividing the braking intensity of the vehicle,the brake pedal opening degree and the brake pedal opening degree change rate are taken as the input quantity,and the hybrid vehicle brake fuzzy controller is designed.Aiming at the different driving conditions of hybrid electric vehicle,the cooperative braking coordination control strategy is established according to the four modes of regenerative braking mode,compound braking mode,SOC threshold mode and emergency braking mode.3.Based on the analysis of the Simulink software,the vehicle model,the motor model,the battery model and the coordinated control strategy model are established by using Simulink in the Matlab environment,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the joint simulation platform.4.In the environment of Carsim,a vehicle model is established,and a composite braking coordination control strategy is established under the MATLAB / Simulink environment.The simulation results show that the combined braking system and the composite braking mode are effective.
