Synchronous rectification technology was proposed at a very early stage and used for alternating current and dc voltage stabilizer circuits.From the rapid development of automobile electronics in 2000,the traditional diode rectifying circuit has been unable to meet the high requirements of the vehicle circuit.Therefore,the synchronous rectification circuit of the vehicle plays its advantage and becomes the backbone of the rectifier circuit of a new generation of automobiles.This article from the theoretical principle of synchronous rectification technology,automotive electronics theory principle,automotive synchronous rectifier circuit principle of automotive synchronous rectifier module design,PCB board design and implementation of the circuit,the test were introduced from the aspects such as how to implement a motor synchronous rectifier module.The work content mainly has the following aspects:1.Firstly,the principle of traditional automobile rectification and synchronous rectification is described,and the advantages of traditional vehicle rectification technology in modern automobile and synchronous rectification technology are analyzed.Later,it will explain how the synchronous rectification technology will benefit the automobile.2.Design a module of the vehicle synchronous rectification,the input of the module is the alternator of the vehicle,and the output is the lead battery of the vehicle.For the design module,the synchronous rectifier chip and VDMOS power tube are used for building.The alternator is the general three-phase motor.On the one hand,the selection of chip and power tube will be elaborated on the one hand,and how to build the peripheral circuit of the chip will be elaborated on the other hand.The concrete input and output data and the working condition of the rectifier chip are obtained by the simulation of the constructed board circuit,so as to optimize the adjustment.3.Set up a specific rectifier circuit module based on PCB,and test it under the conditions allowed in the laboratory.The test will be tested according to the current size and voltage of the module.According to the test results,this paper designed the synchronous rectifier circuit of the vehicle with the ac input voltage of 14 V,and the small power flow was normal,and the output dc voltage was close to 14 V.In the actual environment,the use of 14 v three-phase ac input voltage,the input current of 100 a,the performance of the circuit is normal,close to 14 v,output voltage efficiency reached 96.57%,compared with the traditional circuit efficiency increased by 7% or so,comply with the design of expectations.
