Structural reform has been promoting the constant and rapid development of China's civil aviation transport volume,Chinese civil aviation is experiencing the strategic transition from high-end consumption to mass consumption.The 19 th National Congress proposed that the construction of powerful transportation country should be focused on serving the people and promoting convenient transportation.Through analysis,the main factors limiting Chinese passenger to enjoy air travel are time,ticket price and convenience of airport ground transportation.Currently,studies on airport accessibility are mainly focused on airline network and infrastructure,in lack of the research of vertical traffic accessibility integrating airport ground transportation and aviation flight based on passenger's perspective.This article took unidirectional spoke-structure network formed by 18 cities to 42 hub cities as an example to quantify the time,expense and fatigue consumption generated during air travel into monetary unit to reflect the travel resistance value according to related basic theories and methods such as utility function,time value of passengers and multinomial Logit model.Through the establishment of airport accessibility evaluation model,this article integrated airport ground accessibility with airport aviation accessibility to comprehensively reflect the convenient level and economy of civil aviation passengers in place of departure,analyzed the covering power and service performance of air route network,and quantitatively analyzed the pattern of airport transportation accessibility.The study shows that according to geographical region,the airport ground transportation accessibility demonstrates a hierarchical relationship of merit: southwest region ?Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region?northwest and northeast regions?mid-south region?Yangtze River Delta region?Pearl River Delta region.The integrated transport hub coverage rate of airline networks in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions are better than Midwest region.From the perspective of airport accessibility optimization,the airport ground transportation construction has a significant influence on improving airport accessibility;the network structure of main stem and lateral model has more cost advantages for the long-distance travel of passengers;the addition of direct flight routes,encryption of flights and ticket subsidy are effective means to improve airport accessibility.
