| The number of parts is increasing with the development of science and technology.It is almost impossible to completely product according to engineering drawings and technical specifications in the manufacturing process.Due to the unpredictable consequences of deviation and it is difficult to analyze the whole plane,the detail stress analysis of metal manufacturing deviation and processing method is studied in this paper.The sol600 module with implicit nonlinear analysis method is selected as the research tool by studying the Newton iteration method for solving nonlinear equations.Stress concentration factor and stress severity factor is decided to give in this paper to provide data for the stress severity coefficient method(SSF).The detail stress of typical manufacturing deviation of the metal lap plates and pin-load distribution of multi-bolt-joints are studied with the explicit nonlinear analysis.The simulation distribution results are compared with the theoretical analysis to prove the feasibility of this method.Get multiple conclusions,such as the effect of the single hole deviation on the overall multi-bolt-joints stress is limited,As the number of bolts increases,the load value of the single bolt decreases,but the proportion on the first row bolts increases.When the margin is short,the pin-load distribution with location error is increased with the decrease of the margin,when the margin is wide,the pin-load distribution with location error increases with the increase of the hole margin in the multi-bolt-joints with pin location error and the curve of the distribution value of the hole deviation is given.In the process of manufacturing deviation,three common methods are studied,such as bushing,non-structural gasket and plug hole.The study of the stress distribution of the metal structure,the thickness of the baseboard,the material of the liner,the set of the liner,and the type of the fasteners,multiple factors on stress concentration are studied;In unstructured gasket stress distribution study,the influence of fastener type,fastener diameter ratio on stress concentration was studied;In the study of plugging hole,the concentration including the thickness of plugging material and pore diameter of hole is studied.Several important conclusions are got.Such as,the most serious point of stress concentration remains unchanged,the stress concentration caused by bushing in three treatment methods is the most obvious and the influence of the liner and bolt aperture on the stress concentration is obvious.It has certain guiding significance to give theoretical explanation for the treatment method in engineering. |
