With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the development of urban rail transit is more and more rapid.People also put forward higher requirements for urban rail transit.The train operation control system based on communication CBTC(Communication Based Train Control)can realize high efficiency,high reliability and high security train operation control through the security key subsystem of automatic train protection ATP(Automatic Train Protection).In this paper,a simulation system of overspeed protection for train operation based on MSTS(Microsoft Train Simulation)simulation platform is proposed.It can not only realize the ATP protection effect in the traditional general display,but also observe the real-time situation of the protected train in real time in combination with the three-dimensional view platform,and realize the realistc simulation of the line site,it can also provides an analysis tool and verification platform for verifying the ATP overspeed protection key algorithm,which has a certain reference value for studying the key technologies of ATP system.Based on the functional requirements of the MSTS 3D scene simulation system platform,the communication interface of the overspeed protection simulation system is analyzed and designed,and the running train of the three-dimensional view system is used as the control object of the overspeed protection simulation system.The functional requirements of the overspeed protection simulation system are analyzed,and the safety braking model of the vehicle ATP,the train running dynamics model and the train overspeed protection curve model are analyzed,and the safety protection distance of the train,the train allowable speed and the limit speed of the train are calculated.The parameters of train's vehicle parameters,line slope,curve,tunnel and other related parameters are collected and stored in the database to provide data sources for the calculation of the protection curve and the calculation of the allowable speed.According to the functional requirements of the vehicle ATP,the display and operation module of the corresponding human computer interface DMI is designed.The simulation test of the protective effect of the train in the 3D visual simulation system has reached the expected test results.
