The CBTC(Communication Based Train Control System, CBTC) is the more advanced train control system in the world, is also the direction of urban rail transit train control system in the future the currently system is widely used in many of our urban subway project.Automatic Train Protection system is a key subsystem of the CBTC system of urban rail transit, mainly to complete the various tasks related to train safety. The on-board ATP subsystem more features and security-related, its research is still very limited, so the on-board ATP is important to study.In this paper, to achieve ATP security vehicle braking process simulation platform model considering the effect of the length of the train safe braking model. Focus on the following four aspects were studied:(1) train length affect braking traction models, mainly in the train additional resistance;(2) train safety brake on the entire length factor model;(3)adding the ATP predictive control system to predict the train running and improved security in the process of train running;(4) drivers brake traction braking curve model based on common, affecting triggers emergency braking and emergency braking curve.Train length affect braking traction model, additional resistance is mainly reflected in the train, the train suffered during operation including basic drag resistance, ramps additional resistance, additional resistance line curve, which ramps additional resistance, additional resistance line curve influenced by the length of the train. Model takes into account the performance of the train, the line status and braking traction, braking may be resistance, etc. on the slope of the curve of the change in the line of train emergency braking curves, curves conventional braking, emergency braking trigger curve for quantitative research and analysis, are given a common safety brake braking curve model, the emergency brake curve, triggers emergency braking curve is calculated and algorithm, and finally the use of MATLB build a GUI interface to the system simulation, the same model simulation by using different data and different models line the same line of data, real-time interface to calculate the different models of braking distances, braking time and protective speed, the simulation results of analysis of simulation results verify the validity of the model and superiority. Intuitive display car length factors affecting the braking process simulation platform through simulation results.The train control vehicle ATP of CBTC based on length safe braking curve model is established standards, system design model and analyze the various stages. Simulation system capable of all aspects of the elements line conditions, signal equipment, vehicles and other parameters set by accurate simulation, simulation output curves for the analysis of system performance and to determine the impact on the overall system performance of key points, providing a theoretical basis for system optimization.
