The Vibration of Subway Vehicles can directly reflect the stability and the comfort of vehicles.The experimental modal analysis technology is effective for studying and solving large-scale structural vibration problems.The main purpose is to identify the intrinsic parameters in the body structure,which can be utilized to improve the comfort of thevihicle body.Because the value of the participation factor can reflect the contribution of each mode of metro vehicle to vibration,the mode that has a great influence on the vibration of the metro vehicle can be identified through the analysis and calculation of the metro vehicle.Finally the vibration can be controlled to optimize the design of the vehicle body by controlling the modality specifically.In this paper,the significance and research content of modal test are introduced,and the significance and research status of the modal test of the metro vehicle are introduced in combination with the modal test technology and the analysis of the vibration of the metro vehicle.The modal test content of a subway vehicle based on a certain excitation is described and the response signal is obtained.The modal parameters of the system are obtained by the signal processing method and the modal parameter identification method.The third chapter describes the exciting points of subway vehicle under static and modal tests and the location of measuring points.The experimental modal analysis of the metro vehicle under static condition is carried out.The Test.Lab modal analysis software of experimental modal analysis is used to carry out static analysis of metro vehicles.Finally,the intrinsic parameters and modal vibration shapes of the obtained vihicle body are summarized and compared.The innovation point of this paper is that the subway vehicle under the condition of static and static condition is tested by the test data,using the EMD-Hankel-SVD method,the IMF component is constructed by the Hankel matrix,and the characteristic vector is selected through the SVD to construct the matrix,and the signal to noise ratio is improved by the new signal we need.The PloyMax algorithm is used to calculate the experimental modes to obtain the 9th-order mode?...
