Computer interlocking system is a command system to ensure train running safely in the station,which plays an important part in railway signal system.In computer interlocking system,interlocking software is used to complete interlocking logic operation function,and its safe and reliable performance is directly related to the safety of operation in the station.In our country,the interlocking software is developed independently by the big signal manufacturers,and there is no unified design standard.In addition,because of the secrecy of the software,it causes a lot of inconvenience to the maintenance of interlocking software.This thesis puts forward the logic operation function of the computer interlocking could be achieved by the principle of the control logic of the relay circuit,and makes use of the existing relay circuit display interface to realize the transparency of the interlocking logic operation and monitor the logical operation in real time.The control logic of computer interlocking based on relay circuit is studied and designed in this thesis.The research includes two parts: interlocking logic circuit design and interlocking software design.The interlocking logic circuit part refers to the implementation of the 6502 electrical centralized relay circuit,which is mature in China.Interlocking software is developed by the C++ language through the Visual Studio 2015 platform.This thesis firstly analyzes the composition,control principle and interlock logic realization method of 6502 electrical centralized relay circuit,and designs the overall structure and workflow of the software based on relay logic.In the logic circuit design part,the data involved in the software are designed,including station data,equipment state data,logical operation data and communication data;Then the universal design of the existing relay circuit is combined with the programming idea,and the relay circuit is modularized according to the different function,and the modular circuit is described with Boolean function.The timing logic of partial relay in the relay circuit is analyzed.In the design of interlocking software,the software is divided into four modules: data initialization,command processing,interlocking logic operation and communication,and the processing flow of each module is designed in detail.Finally,the thesis introduces the software implementation of the class structure and the network route execution flow,and the function of interlocking software is tested by means of upper computer software and relay interface software.The test results show that the interlocking software can realize the access control function of the relay interlock,and the operation is normal.
