With the rapid development of high-speed railway and information technology,computer interlocking system has replaced the traditional relay interlocking system.The architecture composition mode of computer interlocking system,performance efficiency,system reliability and safety,equipment investment are the key factors that directly affect the popularization and use of the system.In the station interlocking system,the signal is an important outdoor requipment which has a great significance to the efficient and safe operation of the train.This paper analyzes the use demand of railway station signal,models the route establishment process and unlocking process by analyzing the requirements of signal module,studies and designs the electronic implementation method of train signal module,starts with the train signal module,analyzes the electronic implementation method of train signal module,and designs a general electronic train signal control module based on the signal lighting circuit schematic diagram and computer interlocking system structure The module electronization the control circuits of home signal,start signal and shunting signal to realize lighting control in different scenes.Based on the in-depth analysis and research of train route control logic and circuit principle of computer interlocking system,the overall scheme and technical performance of train signal module of electronic interlocking system are proposed and designed by using power electronics technology,computer technology,can bus communication technology and automatic control technology.In this paper designs the train signal module which selects the safety redundancy structure and combines with the dual main control device to group and synchronously control the signal lamp position and receives the instructions issued by the interlocking machine through the CAN bus communication component,monitors the working status of the signal and module in real time,and then sends the status information back to the interlocking machine.this paper mainly analyzes the design logic of signal module,and expounds the safety design,reliability design and electromagnetic compatibility design of hardware circuit and software circuit.Finally,Taking Xuzhou East Railway Station and Suzhou east railway station as examples,the software and hardware simulation test is carried out.Through the actual simulation test,the feasibility and effectiveness of the train signal module are verified,which provides a new idea and scheme for the design and development of electronic interlocking system.There are 49 papers,3 tables and 77 refernces.
