With the automation,information and intelligence of railway signal system construction,data monitoring of system equipment running in various environments is more and more diverse.The methods and means of monitoring are more and more advanced.But for the integration and processing method of mass data is not mature enough,the quality of the traditional evaluation methods have some limitations,not enough to support the rapid development of modern railway,thus the study of the quality state of equipment signal system evaluation based on the data of great necessity.Aiming at the new monitoring means of railway signal system and the characteristics of mass monitoring data,a system framework of quality evaluation of railway signal system based on monitoring data is established,and the evaluation index is integrated and determined.Combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE),the algorithm of evaluation is determined,and the quality evaluation system is designed and implemented,and it is applied to the actual railway signal equipment.Firstly,according to the basic process of data processing,the data sources,data classification,data characteristics and data processing methods of railway signal system are explained in detail.This paper introduces the design of the quality evaluation scheme of the signal system equipment and the quality state prediction design by using the method of large data statistics and analysis,the comprehensive evaluation method and the prediction analysis method.Secondly,through the analysis of mass monitoring data,we get the factors that affect the quality of railway signal equipment,select the actual quantifiable indicators,and determine the evaluation system.The basic mathematical method is selected to calculate its weight by AHP method,and its membership function is established.Then the quality evaluation model is established by FCE method.After getting the evaluation result,this paper further studies the future development trend of railway signal equipment,that is to make use of the improved FCM algorithm GM(1,1)prediction model to predict and analyze it,which makes the equipment management more scientific and reasonable.Finally,based on the QT programming software,the software part of the quality evaluation is designed,and the software architecture,data storage,data interaction and so on are displayed,and the whole process of implementation evaluation is described in detail.At the same time,it introduces the process of Matlab software quality state prediction.The result of quality evaluation can reflect the quality status of the current equipment,and fully reflects the statistical role of equipment management history data.The prediction results canbe used for reference for preventive measures of equipment.The railway signal system's track circuit system transmitter is selected as an example,and the quality evaluation of the transmitter is evaluated according to the scoring result of the transmitter influence index,and then the quality state is predicted according to the evaluation results.
