Research On Electrical Equipment Quality Management During The Construction Phase Of Integrated Transportation Hub

This article takes the project of integrated transport hub as research background,with Shenzhen north railway station as an example;the paper studies the quality control of the electrical equipment in the construction stage.First of all,based on the domestic and foreign literature research and comprehensive analysis of the quality management theory,combined with the characteristics of the Shenzhen North Station electrical engineering and electrical equipment quality management process,from the perspective of electrical equipment manufacturing,analysis of the entire procurement process,including supply units of the deepening of the design,quality assurance measures,production capacity,supervision process,factory inspection etc that affect on the equipment quality.Secondly,it focuses on the electrical equipment installation process,from the aspects of personnel,material,construction equipment,construction methods,and environment to analyze the influence factors of the electrical equipment quality during the project construction stage.Then,the method of quality control of electrical equipment is put forward.Mainly from the electrical equipment quality assurance measures,equipment procurement process,construction and installation process etc that control quality.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of quality control of electrical equipment,and the result is qualified.The study mainly addresses the quality assurance measure of electrical equipment,quality control during the process of purchasing and installing,according to the common quality defects during construction of electrical equipment,it provides the preventive action.The purpose of the case study is to improve the level of electrical equipment quality management,and use the experience for other similar electrical equipment quality management project for reference.
