With the footsteps of mankind entering the fourth industrial revolution,the world's major powers have put forward plans for the development of their respective industries4.0 in order to take the initiative in this wave of industrial revolution.The German government has launched the“German Industrial 4.0 Strategy”.The National Science and Technology Commission of the United States released the“Strategic Plan for Advanced Manufacturing Countries”and so on.In order to accelerate the transformation of China from a“manufacturing power”to a“manufacturing powerhouse”,“China Manufacturing 2025”has emerged.As the“Intelligent Manufacturing” of the“China Manufacturing 2025”project,its important position is obvious.In this paper,based on the research ideas of intelligent transformation,the research work on the stator embedded wires of the core components of electric locomotives is developed.At present,the stator of the traction motor adopts artificial inserting,which has the problems of low inserting efficiency and possible damage of the coil during the inserting process.In this paper,an artificial insert leader was designed to complete the stator insert.The method of mechanical design,finite element analysis,failure analysis and sensor technology was used to carry out the research and design of the insert rule.The main content can be summarized in the following three aspects:(1)In the process of inserting the stator coil of the traction motor,there may be damage or even failure of the insulation layer.Through the finite element analysis of the stator coil,the stress and strain of the effective edge of the stator coil under the action of the insertion force are obtained,for the design of the traction motor stator embedded thrum provides a theoretical reference.(2)Utilize UG software to design a kind of traction motor stator embedded thread head,which solves the two problems of the difficulty of inserting the artificial inserts of the stator of the traction motor and the complexity of inserts.By simulating the process of artificially embedding traction motors,the rules of artificial rulemaking and the rules followed by the rules are summarized.It is proposed to install a sensor on the insert molding die to monitor the embedding force in real time and adjust the insertion force to ensure that the coil is not damaged.Because the traction motor has many stator slots and complex inserts,the number of stator slots in the traction motor is simplified from72 slots to 18 slots.The principle design of the insert head is first performed,and thedetailed structural design of the insert head is performed.(3)Straight groove type outer chute disc theoretically cannot insert the wire,which will eventually lead to the incomplete completion of the stator coil rule.Through mathematical analysis and argumentation,slot type optimization of the outer chute disk with embedded wire head has been carried out.
