This thesis concerns that the high altitude simulation test has been accomplished for some new model liquid rocket engine developing in our country. It has academic and practical significance for engine test and construction of testing system that the research has been developed.According to the air-leak diffuser, this thesis offers that the formulas of the diffuser design and dimension of this diffuser using for this model rocket engine by calculating finally. It also afford by analyze that coolant mode of this diffuser and parameters such as density of feat fluid and flux of coolant water.Using finite element analysis software—ANSYS, the analysis of the air-leak diffuser are performed to. According to the structure and force characteristic of the diffuser tube, the mode is established by applying shell element of ANSYS. The stress distribution regularities on the diffuser are solved in static analysis. Therefore, the credible academic reference is offered to design of the diffuser. Using CFD analysis software—FLUENT, the analysis of the flow field in air-leak diffuser are performed to. So the further verify is offered to the function of the diffuser.Because of the engine jump-start course, the jump-start container has been set up in the test and the style of engine jump-start was adopted that the main container and the jump-start work together. The start style has been proved credibility and in order to demand of the engine starting.Improving to test system, it was satisfied which the inlet temperature less than-180℃while the engine start according to assignment. The compel pipeline was installed by which the high-temperature liquid oxygen expel from quickly the main and front pump pipeline and supply the low-temperature liquid oxygen from the main container.Because that the high-temperature and high-velocity gas-fired have influence on the diffuser structure which are expelled from the engine nozzle in the high altitude simulation test, the analysis of diffuser structure under gas-fired effect is need in the future. The room of coolant water of the diffuser is bigger, so the calculation is need about which quantity of heat exchange between gas-fired and coolant water aftertime.
