For the determination of xylanase in corn soybean meal based diet effect and the optimum adding amount, this paper studies in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with different concentrations of xylanase on growth performance of broilers, protein utilization, digestive organ indices, digesta viscosity and pH value, blood biochemical index as well as affecting the activity of digestive enzymes in. Aims to investigate the xylanase in corn soybean meal based diet effect and mechanism of action, for xylanase in broiler diet to provide the basis for further rational application.1. Experiment of different doses of xylanase on growth performance in broiler chicks. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with400,800,1200,1600U/kg xylanase, broiler feed meat ratio of1to21days of age were decreased by4.26%(P<0.05),4.83%(P<0.05),5.19%(P<0.05) and3.79%(P>0.05), and the dosage of1200U/kg, is better than400,800,1600U/kg group; broiler feed meat ratio of22to42days of age were decreased by4.73%(P<0.05),4.91%(P<0.05),5.35%(P<0.05) and3.67%(P>0.05), and the dosage of1200U/kg, is better than400,800,1600U/kg group; broiler feed meat ratio of1to42days of age were decreased by4.49%(P<0.05),4.87%(P<0.05),5.26%(P<0.05) and3.73%(P>0.05), and the dosage of1200U/kg, is better than400,800,1600U/kg group. In maize soybean meal-based diets with different concentration of xylanase supplementation in broilers at1to21days of age,22to42days of age and1to42days of age and average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain effect had no significant difference. Trial of two different doses of Xylanase on protein utilization rate of Broilers effect. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with400,800,1200,1600U/kg xylanase, broiler in1to21days of age protein utilization were increased2.43%(P<0.05),2.51%(P<0.05),2.60%(P<0.05) and2.19%(P>0.05), and the dosage of1200U/kg, is better than400,800,1600U/kg group; but on22to42day old broiler protein utilization rate is not significantly affected by.2. Trial of three different doses of Xylanase on broiler digestive organs of rats. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with xylanase, decreased significantly in broilers from1to21days of age and22 to42days of age of jejunum and ileum muscular stomach, the relative weight of the effect (P<0.05), but for lto21days age and22to42days-old broiler, glandular stomach and pancreas duodenum relative weight were not affected (P>0.05); at the same time can be significantly reduced from1to21day old broiler ileal relative length,22to42days of age of duodenum and jejunum relative length (P<0.05), but on1to21days old broiler duodenal and jejunal relative length,22to42day old broiler ileal relative to the length of the effect is not obvious (P>0.05).Trial of four different doses of Xylanase on broiler chyme viscosity and pH value effect. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with xylanase, decreased significantly in broilers from1to21days of age and22to42days of age in the duodenum and jejunum digesta viscosity effect (P<0.05), and significantly increased from1to21days of age and22to42days of duodenal and jejunal chyme in broilers in pH (P<0.05).Trial of five different doses of Xylanase on blood biochemical parameters of Broilers effect. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with xylanase,1to21days of age and22to42day old broiler blood glucose, uric acid, blood calcium, phosphorus effects are not obvious (P>0.05).3. Trial of six different doses of Xylanase on broiler digestive enzyme activities in rats. The test results show that:compared with the control group, in corn soybean meal based diet supplemented with xylanase,1to21days of age and22to42days old broiler duodenal and jejunal chyme mixture of amylase, trypsin and lipase activity were significantly increased (P<0.05).
