The breeding stock total amounts in eastern three counties of Aksu district are 120000, which occupy35% of Aksu district amounts. These regions are the main beef cattle industry zone of the district. The existence of nutrition metabolic disease resists the development of beef cattle industry. For prevent the nutrition metabolic disease initially operate detection of seven trace elements(which are Copper, zinc,molybdenum, cobalt, iron, manganese and selenium etc.) on soil-grass-livestock of entire district, so that to determine the lacking rate of trace elements. According to lacking rate of trace elements that work out the formula of trace mineral premix. By adding breeding experimental trace mineral premix to evaluate the fatting effectiveness of fatting cow and set out scientific, systematic technical standard of local nutrition metabolic disease. The results as follows:1. The local crop production lead to simplification of herbage in breeding industry; by feeding single herbage all year round, spring and summer feeding mainly are verdant grass and autumn mow(corn stalk,cotton stalk), low adding rate of premix which lead to the imbalance of intake trace elements. Nutrition metabolic disease popular in winter and spring. The investigation finds that the allotriophagia rate of eastern three counties of Aksu is 20%. Also exists Nutrition metabolic disorder. During the investigation some of the breeder feed the allotriophagia cow by rock salt and reduces the state of the illness. The allotriophagia treat with deworming drug has no effectiveness. Initially concludes the stress and parasites are the external factor; and the real internal factor are the lacking trace elements and metabolic disorders.So that the significance of preventing the disease are increase the management of breeding, wisely allocate the daily ration, to guarantee the offer of complete feed. To give correct evaluation or prediction of beef cattle nutritional requirement, and set the point on supplement of trace elements.2. Some part of investigated area remains conditional cooper deficiency, and another part remains primary cooper deficiency. The main reason of fatting cow`s allotriophagia in three counties is local cattle Copper, zinc, molybdenum, cobalt and manganese deficiency. Suggest that improve the breeding condition,adding the trace mineral premix in fodder or supplement the needs by licking block contained, otherwise leads to great economic loss.3. Feeding the fatting cow by compound premix, the Trail group I weight gain 210 g more than control group and weight gain rate up to 15.7%(P<0.05);Trail group? weight gain 440 g more than control group and weight gain rate up to 31.6%(P<0.05).The end stage of experiment, Trail group I, Trail group?and control group`s body measurement index increase in different degree in different months. The average body steep length, body direct length, chest circumference, hind legs circumference, rump length, hip width and hucklebone side width increase relatively than control group(P<0.05), the thurl width, body height, chest width, waist height, belly width and cannon circumference also increase in different degrees, but discrepancy is not remarkable(P>0.05).This experiment finds that after feeding premix, the Trail group I`s activeness of CP, total SOD and Cu-Zn-SOD is remarkably higher than control group( P<0.05),GSH-PX is highly significantly increase(P<0.01); the Trail group?`s activeness of CP, total SOD and Cu-Zn-SOD is highly significantly increase than control group( P<0.01),GSH-PX is remarkably increase(P<0.05).In initial experiment, the contents of Cu?Zn?Mo?Mn?Se and Co in blood is lower than average; In end experiment Trail group I and Trail group?`s contents rate of Cu?Zn?Mo?Mn?Se and Co in blood is remarkably higher than control group(P<0.05), the concentration of elements in blood close to proper level in Trail group?. This indicates that experimental area adds compound premix could prevent beef cattle`s nutrition metabolic disorder and leading remarkable effectiveness in fatting cow industry.
