This experiment elected a relatively closed stable in March 2014 to November 2013.A part of the harmful gas were detected by the portable gas detector in the stable and the adsorption of methane, carbon dioxide, ammonia by two kings of adsorbent were studied. The result of experiment one showed that the average concentrations of methane were 275.0 mg/m3,295.9 mg/m3 and 301.7 mg/m3 on 0.8 m,1.6 m and 3.0 m height layer respectively, and that on 0.8 m height layer was significantly lower than that on 1.6 m and 3.0 m height layer(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between that on 1.6 m and 3.0 m height layer(P>0.05).The average concentrations of ammonia were 1.93 mg/m3 2.24 mg/m3 and 2.45 mg/m3 on 0.8 m,1.6 m and 3.0 m-height layer respectively, and that on 3.0 m height layer was significantly higher than that on 0.8 m and 1.6 m height layer(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between that on 1.6 m and 3.0 m height layer(P>0.05). The average concentrations of carbon dioxide were 2706.0 mg/m3,2647.8 mg/m3 and 2586.0 mg/m3 on 0.8 m,1.6 m and 3.0 m height layer respectively, and there was no significant difference between those on the layers(P>0.05).The temperature and relative humidity showed obvious diurnal variation and layers change. The temperature had a significant positive correlation of ammonia and methane concentration. The result of experiment two showed that In a sealed the stable, evenly spread sprinkle 15 kg adsorbent X in winter, used portable gas detectors continuous 8h to measure the concentration changes of CH4?CO2 and NH3,intervals of 1 hour read a set of gas concentration data, and record the temperature, relative humidity at the same time, comparison with controlled trials which was no adsorbent. The results show that: 15 kg adsorbent X adsorbed 8h can be very significantly reduced(P<0.01) CH4?CO2 and NH3 concentration in the stable. 1kg adsorbent X 8h can absorb methane were 47.84 g, absorb carbon dioxide 344.59 g, absorb ammonia 2.35 g, Adsorption test group 8 h the total emission of CH4 and CO2 and NH3 fell by 22.41 %, 5.51 % and 24 % respectively than control group. Conclusion:Adsorbent X has good adsorption effect to CH4,CO2 and NH3 in the stable, Compared with the Adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate, It best for CH4 adsorption effect in this experiment. In experiment three,The result showed that in a sealed the stable, evenly spread sprinkle 15 ? adsorbent Y was evenly spread hung in a sealed the stable, used portable gas detectors continuous 8h to measure the concentration changes of CH4?CO2 and NH3,intervals of 1 hour read a set of gas concentration data, and record the temperature, relative humidity at the same time, comparison with controlled trials which was no adsorbent. The results show that: 15 ? adsorbent Y adsorbed 8h can be very significantly reduced(P<0.01) CH4?CO2 and NH3 concentration in the stable.15 ? adsorbent Y 8h can absorb methane were 17.77 g, absorb carbon dioxide 241.2g, absorb ammonia 0.67 g, Adsorption test group 8 h the total emission of CH4 and CO2 and NH3 fell by 6.47 %, 4.65 % and 26.15 % respectively than control group.Adsorbent Y has good adsorption effect to CH4,CO2 and NH3 in the stable, Compared with the Adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate, It is best for NH3 adsorption effect in this experiment. The use of adsorbent Y adsorbent NH3 in the stable can be effective ways to reduce the concentration of NH3 in the barn.
