This research studied the effects of different supplemental phytoestrogens on milk yield, milk composition and related endocrine levels of Yili mare during lactation, and provided a reference for mares during lactation.Twenty-four lactating Yili mare with similar age, birth order and lactation month were randomly divided into control group, trial ?, ? and ?. Control group and the trial groups fed with the same dose of concentrate supplement. Trial ?, ? and ? were supplemented with soybean isoflavone 0.7 g, genistein 0.7 g, soybean isoflavone 0.35 g and genistein 0.35 g. Determining milk yield and milk composition at every 7 d during the trial. Blood samples were collected at every 20 d and determination antioxidant index and hormone content of plamsa. The results showed that:milk yield and yield of milk protein of trial ?,?,? at 42 d were increased by 47.75%,42.12%,26.42%; 24.20%,29.61%,30.24% compared with that at 0 d. The yield of milk lactose and fat at 42 d were increased by 28.83%,24.50%,29.73%; 54.46%,50.25%, 28.37% compared with control group. In the aspect of plasma index:there were not significantly effects supplemental soybean isoflavone and genistein on the content of TP, ALB and GLB in the plasma; soybean isoflavone could improve the antioxidant ability in plasma, The contents of T-AOC in plasma of soybean isoflavone group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was not significant (P>0.05); the content of T-AOC in the plasma of soybean isoflavone group at 60 d was significantly different from that of the genistein group(P<0.05), and the difference was not significant(P>0.05) in the control group, the experimental group I and the experimental group II. The levels of hormone in plasma, the contents of LH, PRL, E3, FSH and E2 were not significantly affected by the supplementation of soybean isoflavone, genistein and its composition. In the milk, the content of E2 not affected by supplemental soy isoflavone, genistein, but the content of E3 and P decreased; the content of P in the control group at 70 d was higher than that in the experimental groups, which was higher by 74.29%(P<0.05),4.86%(P>0.05),60.53%(P>0.05).This present study showed that upplemented with soybean isoflavone, genistein could improve milk production and milk quality of lactating Yili mare on the basis of feed concentrate supplement, and supplemented with soybean isoflavone 0.7 g was recommended. Spplementation of soybean isoflavone, genistein could improve the antioxidant capacity of organism, but the contents of TP, ALB, GLB, E2, E3, FSH, PRL, LH were not significantly affected. In the milk, the content of E2 not affected by supplemental soy isoflavone, genistein, but the content of E3 and P decreased.
