In recent years, climate warming is the main trend of global climate change. There are a lot of risks exist in climate change. Climate warming will lead to melting glaciers, rising sea levels, seawater will erode coastlines and even invade coastal cities. Climate change also causes the destruction of ecosystems, resulting in the reduction of biodiversity, etc. The frequency and intensity of extreme weather events will increase, climatic danger will cause diseases increase in frequency, affecting the stability of the social life. While Climate change has a great influence on agricultural production, undercutting agriculture production, arising insects damage and disease and increasing the risks of desertification and livestock disease, etc. Agricultural production, food security and other aspects have also been badly affected in our country. Climate change has increased the instability of agricultural production and volatile the output of crops. Under the condition of climate change, we correctly put forward the counter~measures of agricultural production to reduce the effects of climate change on agricultural production. In this paper, we collected average annual temperature annualprecipitation, annual evaporation data and the crop production of five representative areas in Bengbu, Fuyang, Hefei, Anqing, Tunxi of Anhui province analyzed the characteristics of climate change and the relationship between climate change and grain output in Anhui. According to the different agricultural areas, we studied the fact and the characteristics of climate change on agriculture and the relationship between climate change and crop yields in Anhui Province, and proposed corresponding countermeasures:1. Studies have shown that the temperature tended to increase in Anhui typical five agro-climatic sites. Among these five sites, the annual average temperature decreased from south to north as a whole and the maximum existed in Anqing district which is 18.5?. Temperature of the typical five agro-climatic sites showed an upward trend and the temperature increase rate was 0.15?/10 a, 0.72?/10 a, 0.81?/10 a, 0.17?/10 a, 0.68?/10 a respectively, Hefei is the most significant warming, its temperature range than the national average.2. Annual precipitation of Anhui typical five agro-climatic sites showed a relatively stable trend and the variability tended to increase, the maximum difference value of precipitation existed in Huangshan district which was 1794 mm and the precipitation in the mountains is higher than the plains and hilly region. Evaporation showed a decreasement trend, decreasing from north to south on the whole, the maximum existed in Fuyang area, as 2219.4mm.3. Climate change posed greater impact on crop yields. Food production according to climate change in typical five agro-climatic sites of Anhui Province changed frequently, most of the years the situation was more consistent with the climate changes in production, the maximum of climate yield existed in Huangshan district was 0.845 t/hm2, while the maximum of climate cuts existed in Hefei area was 3.844 t/hm2.4. Enhance the scientific research of climate change and strengthen the middle and long~term prediction and forecast of severe weather in agriculture. Continue to improve the study on climate change, in the fields of basic research(aerosol, greenhouse gases, carbon sequestration), the application research(forest carbon sink), and the low carbon technology research; We should promote the medium and long term prediction and forecast of agricultural disasterous weather and therefore formulate a reasonable and detailed observation system and analysis system, as well as establish a through disaster relief system to invlove various government departments to cooperate actively with the prevention work. This would allow us to better build resilience and prepare effective responses to future crises.5. Adjusting the agricultural structure, improving agricultural ecological environment, and promoting new varieties of crops which adapted to climate change. Due to climate warming and the increasement of accumulated temperature, and the migration to northland of mature area, double cropping and triple cropping area in our province, we should adjust planting structure, optimize cropping patterns and breed new varieties of crops more adapted rationally. To develop the agriculture, we should adapt to the local ecological environment, distribute the agricultural productivity of different areas rationally according to the timing and places, save resources from different aspects and recycle ecological resources.
