Chrysanthemum is one of the ten traditional flowers in china and one of four cut flowers in the world,with high ornamental value and economic value,plays an important role in flower production.Chrysanthemum flower colour is rich,red,yellow,white,purple,green,pink,complex colors,secondary colors and other colors,but only lack of blue varieties and red varieties not enough bright.For many years the florist and flower producers expect through interspecific hybridization,gene transfer and other means to nurture blue chrysanthemum,but is still not achieve significant progress,this is expected to be difficult to get a breakthrough in the near future,so artificial dyeing of chrysanthemum is important.Studying dyeing effect of chrysanthemum in different flowering characteristics,different dyeing agent treatment,dehydration and different environmental factors to explore inflorescence color and cellular level changes in the dyeing process,expected to form a safe,simple and effective,rich hues of the dyeing process.This will help to promote the development of chrysanthemums staining techniques,as well has great commercial significance,and also can provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for other artificially colored flowers.The contents and main conclusions of this study are as followed:1.The white cutting chrysanthemum "Jinba" was dyed artificially with food coloring Brilliant Blue,the results showed that the effect of the use of sticks dyeing method is best,from the petals start coloring,coloring termination,flowers coloring grade,leaf injuryed degree and the vase life these five aspects,the concentration of colorant has a significant impact on the effect of staining,lower and higher concentrations of dyeing effects are bad,pH has little effect on dyeing effect,but there are certain aspects on the vase life,dyeing effect Under Brilliant Blue concentration for 9 g/L,pH 6.4 is best.When Flowers are short,openness,and with high temperature,dye is fast,the number of leaves reserved had little effect on dyeing effect.Using natural dehydration and alcohol treatment can make chrysanthemum dyeing more evenly,30%alcohol treatment and dehydration 3h +30%alcohol treatment have The best dyeing effect.The dyed chrysanthemums had higher ornamental value,but the vase life became shorter after dyeing but still had 5?7 days for ornament.2.Using three kinds of red food coloring on white cutting chrysanthemum "Jinba"artificial for dyeing test,the experimental results show that Allura Red staining effect is best.From the petals start coloring,coloring termination,flowers coloring grade,leaf injuryed degree and the vase life these five aspects,the concentration of colorant has a significant impact on the effect of staining,Within a certain range of concentrations,dyeing effect is proportional to the concentration of stain.pH has little effect on the stain,but it has some influence on vase life,the concentration of Allura Red is 12g/Land with pH 9.3 staining effect is best.Using natural dehydration and alcohol treatment can make chrysanthemum dyeing more evenly,but the overall effect is not as obvious as blue,natural dehydration 5h +30%alcohol treatment and natural dehydrationalcohol 3h +70%alcohol treatment are the relative best ways of dyeing effect.The petal color after dyeing was filamentous and this can meet different consumers' needs,the dyed chrysanthemums had higher ornamental value,but the vase life became shorter after dyeing but still had 5-7 days for ornament.3.In Brilliant Blue,Allura Red as the stains to observe the dyeing changes in tissue and cells unedr each time of different treatments.The results showed that the Brilliant Blue and Allura Red dyeing liquid are absorbed through the stem base and transcatheter transport to torus,then from torus transport into the petals' vascular bundle,at last,dyeing liquid diffusion to the whole petals;after alcohol treatment,petal tissue structure is destroyed,the dyeing process becomes physical staining,and this can help dyeing uniform;Brilliant Blue petals can through horizontal transport and spread to the whole petals and make dyeing more uniform;Because Allura Red is poor in lateral diffusion,so petals'colour stained filaments and result in uneven dyeing;flowers in different developmental stages also have different dyeing effects,big openness flowers have developed vascular structure,with this can be beneficial to absorbe stains and promote staining.
