By spraying the nanoemulsion with the foliar iron/zinc fertilizer, to explore the effects of nanoemulsion and foliar iron/zinc fertilizer application on vegetable Fe, Zn contents and nutritional quality were also investigated. The results were summarized as follows:1.Spraying different concentration of nanoemulsion with foliar iron fertilizer, increased iron content in tomato fruits by 30.3%-40.0%, and zinc content by 14.2%-41.1%, respectively. Spraying different concentration of nanoemulsion with foliar zinc fertilizer, zinc content in tomato fruits increased by 22.5%-34.8%, and iron content increased by 23.7%-42.9%, respectively. The influence of spraying nanoemulsion with foliar iron/zinc fertilizer on the copper and manganese content in tomato fruits were different. Spraying nanoemulsion with foliar iron/zinc fertilizer increased the contents of calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, and the sugar acid ratio in tomato fruits. These results showed that nanoemulsion and foliar iron/zinc fertilizer application could significantly enhanced micronutrient density and nutritional qualities in fruits of tomato plant.2.By spraying nanoemulsion with foliar iron fertilizer, concentrations of iron in different pakchoi cultivars were increased by 19.6%-62.9%, and zinc concentrations were increased by 10.8%-55.1%, as compared to the control. The amount of bioavailable Fe in the cv. Kexinghuangjinxiaobaicai was increased by 41.6% under the condition of spraying nanoemulsion with foliar iron fertilizer. By spraying nanoemulsion with foliar zinc fertilizer, zinc concentrations of different pakchoi cultivars were increased by 5.5%-73.4%, and iron concentrations were increased by 20.9%-83.9% as compared to the control. Spraying nanoemulsion with foliar zinc fertilizer increased the amount of bioavailable Zn in the cv. Fengbangsiyuebai by 87.3%, respectively. These results indicated that nanoemulsion and foliar iron/zinc fertilizer application could increase concentration and bioavailability of the elements at similar extent.
