Take the natural secondary forest of Juglans mandshurica Maxim in easten of Liaoning as the research object, using the method of timing acquisition and monitoring to typical natural secondary forest litter moisture, soil moisture and soil erosion resistance. The results showed that:(1) the bibulous rate of litter increased first and then present a steady state. The decompose layer volume and storage capacity of undercomposed litter not less than half decomposition layers.(2) the soil infiltration rate with the infiltration time tend to level after lower first trends, and satisfy thee laws of Mr Plus cerenkov (power function), the original soil water holding capacity without the interference is better. The water holding capacity is the worst which covered by a film.(3) soil aggregate content of forest land in the largest proportion between 0.25mm and 0.075mm.(4) the water in the process of soil erosion sediment concentration change trend consistent rendering inverted "J", sediment concentration smaller finally tends to be stable over time.(5) soil water stability index and time show obvious binomial relations, the human disturbance of soil erosion resistance and time of fitting degree is higher. Juglans mandshurica Maxim natural secondary forest soil water stability is higher then larch pure forest. To sum up, Juglans mandshurica Maxim natural secondary forest litter and soil have a good ability to resist erosion, but artificial interference can destroy soil structure and accelerate soil erosion rate.
